Welcome to HpyCart. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HpyCart website, including the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. About HpyCart

HpyCart is an online retail store operated in India under a sole proprietorship. HpyCart sells printed apparel, including T-shirts, and other products offered through the website.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting, browsing, creating an account, adding products to your cart or placing an order on HpyCart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details and delivery address.

If you place an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information required for the order and delivery.

4. Products and Product Information

HpyCart makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other product information accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, device settings and other factors.

Printed products may have minor variations arising from the printing and manufacturing process. Product availability, specifications and descriptions may change from time to time.

5. Product Sizes and Colours

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and colour before placing an order. Please review the applicable size chart and product details carefully.

Where HpyCart offers size or colour exchanges, they are subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through HpyCart, you submit a request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted when HpyCart confirms the order and payment has been successfully received, subject to fulfilment availability.

We may cancel or decline an order in reasonable circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud or abuse, incorrect customer information, or delivery limitations.

If HpyCart cancels an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing.

7. Custom / Printed and Made-to-Order Products

Some HpyCart products may be printed or prepared after an order is placed. For such products, order cancellation may not be possible once the product has entered printing, production or fulfilment.

8. Prices, Taxes and Promotions

All prices on HpyCart are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.

HpyCart may change prices, product information, discounts and promotions from time to time. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

9. GST and Invoicing

HpyCart is GST registered. Where applicable, GST will be charged in accordance with the tax treatment applicable to the order. Invoices will be issued with the information required under applicable tax and invoicing requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information required for invoicing.

10. Payment Processing

Online payments are processed through Razorpay and other payment methods that may be enabled on the HpyCart checkout.

HpyCart does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment transactions are subject to the applicable terms, security controls and policies of the payment provider.

An order will normally be processed only after payment confirmation is received. If a payment is debited but the order is not successfully created or confirmed, please contact HpyCart with the transaction details so we can investigate.

11. Order Fulfilment and Printrove

HpyCart uses third-party fulfilment/printing services, including Printrove, to produce and fulfil applicable products.

Necessary order information, including product details and delivery information, may be shared with the fulfilment provider to produce and ship your order. Customers should review our Privacy Policy for details of how personal information is processed.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered using available fulfilment and courier services. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary by product, location, courier service, weather, public holidays and other circumstances.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.

13. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, replacements, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by the HpyCart Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or different from the product ordered, please contact HpyCart within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may request photographs, order information and other reasonable evidence to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

15. Customer Reviews and Content

If HpyCart allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

16. Intellectual Property

The HpyCart name, logo, website design, original graphics, text, product designs, photographs and other original content are owned by HpyCart or used with appropriate permission/licensing, and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit HpyCart content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

HpyCart uses third-party services such as Shopify, Razorpay, Printrove, courier providers, analytics services and other service providers necessary to operate the store.

The use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. HpyCart is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Prohibited Activities

You must not use HpyCart to:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent activity, or material breach of these Terms or applicable law.

24. Privacy

Personal information collected through HpyCart is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and process and how it may be shared with Shopify, Razorpay, Printrove, courier providers and other service providers.

25. Termination or Suspension

HpyCart may suspend or terminate access to customer accounts or the website where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer-protection or other laws.

Any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts, authorities or consumer forums having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and the customer's statutory rights.
